The company closed 2024 with significant milestones, such as the sale of its first double-disc machine and eight Crawler 100hp-Plus wire machines. In this interview, they analyze the trends in the sector, the advantages of their new developments and their investment and expansion objectives for 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

How much has your company’s business grown this year and what have been the main innovations?<\/span><\/strong>
\n I believe that for Cofeseg, as for other companies in the quarry machinery sector, 2024 has been a difficult year in terms of sales. The general decline in demand for stone at a global level has a direct impact on all of us who make up this sector. In any case, for a company like Cofeseg, with more than 25 years of experience in this market, these temporary fluctuations do not surprise us, we know that they are part of the “game”. In fact, this year we have invested in the development of innovative solutions for stone extraction. As proof of this, we have closed the year with the sale of the first DBM – Double Disc Machine and with the sale of eight latest generation Crawler 100hp-Plus wire machines, with movement autonomy and without the need to mount rails.<\/span><\/p>\n

What trends do you think will become established in the machinery sector?<\/span><\/strong>
\n At Cofeseg, we are convinced that the introduction of Double Disc machines will soon become an almost essential alternative to reduce production costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

What expectations, investments and goals do you have for your company in 2025?<\/span><\/strong>
